Get trained for jobs in high demand

What kind of training will you need for a career in manufacturing or skilled trades?

While some jobs like welders, electricians and diesel mechanic require specialized training, many employers will hire you for a non-skilled position and train you for more specialized jobs while you work.

Some employers in our area offer apprenticeships where you get paid while you build your skills.

Others offer reimbursement for tuition and exam fees as you pursue the certifications your field requires.
